You probably noticed that we are not amazon, but one of what's called a third-party seller. There are many of us hired by amazon to find products not carried by amazon, and/or currently out of stock. Our job is two-fold: 1) to get you the item you ordered on time; and 2) to make sure that the item you ordered is 100% brand new (not previously owned or opened).
We have struggled with whether to ship directly from a retailer, or to have the item come to us first, repackage it, and then sell it. In the end, we have decided that it is best to ship directly from the retailer to save you as much time and money as possible. We cannot sell for what we buy it for, or we would quickly be out of business.
The stores we use are huge and small, including mega retailers like Sam Walton's company. Per our contract with amazon, we are not allowed to mention any other retailer's names in the course of this transaction, so we are providing this just for your benefit
We also want to make it clear that we cannot give you the item for the price at which we have located it. In other words, if you would like to cancel the order and pursue your own research before we place the order for you, we want to give you that opportunity.
One the other hand, we are obligated to fill each and every order within 2 business days, so our window for you to cancel and seek the order out on your own is limited to 24 hours.
To cancel your order, simply go to your amazon home page, orders placed within the last 30 days, and request a cancellation.
We are committed to giving you the best service possible, with the least amount of surprises. If we can answer any questions before proceeding with the order, please let us know. This "third party seller" is a bit new to amazon -- but old hat to many seasoned buyers on amazon. If you're one of those, we thank you for your business and will get to work right away on finding and filling your order.
